Slocan Valley Coordinator

Ana Bokstrom has 15 years of experience in hospice and seniors home support. When Ana found that she had a comfort level with death and the dying she resolved to use that to serve her community. She has trained in palliative support, complicated grief companioning, home care and is the administrator for a local hospice. Ana’s passion has been the development of compassionate communities so when she discovered Nav-care she recognized the opportunity to really make a difference in people’s lives. Ana is now the coordinator for Nav-care in the Slocan Valley.
