Salmo Coordinator

Toni joined the Nav-CARE team spring of 2022, as coordinator of the Salmo region. Born and raised in the West Kootenays, she currently resides in Fruitvale with her family. Toni previously worked as a nurse assisting persons in care and those well enough to remain in their own homes. Supporting those that are nearing the end of their life has always been a passion, and she hopes to bring peace and comfort to those in times of struggle. Toni was thrilled to stumble across Nav-CARE and is excited to help support those within the community, as well as help direct them to services that they may not have been aware existed. Together, we can build a compassionate community that supports one another.
